Mugga Ironbark Honey Pork
Spareribs
2kg lean pork spareribs
1/2 cup ABD Mugga Ironbark honey
1/4 cup peanut oil
1/2 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
1 or 2 tablespoons chilli sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon mustard Put spareribs in a large glass bowl, combine
all other ingredients and pour over the spare ribs, mix well,
cover and put into fridge over night. Put ribs into large baking
dish
and put into 150° oven for 2 hours, brush marinade over spareribs
and turn occasionally.
Server the ribs with lemon roast potatoes and a fresh salad

Roast Potatoes
Medium potatoes 8
Fresh ground Black pepper
I lemon
2 tablespoons ABD Mugga Ironbark honey
Cut potatoes in half and cook in boiling water for
5 minutes, Drain, place potatoes into a baking dish,
dot with butter, grate the rind of 1 lemon over the
potatoes, add the juice of the lemon, season with
ground black pepper. Drizzle with honey.
Bake in 160° oven for 1 hour
