ABD Cranberry
and Orange Soup
1/2 cup water
1 cinnamon stick
3 cups orange juice
1 cup cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons sago (wash and soak for 1 hour)
1/4 cup ABD Mugga Ironbark honey
Freshly ground black pepper
Into a saucepan place the water
and cinnamon stick and simmer for 5 minutes, add the orange juice,
cranberry sauce and pepper, bring
back to simmer, gradually add the sago, stir well, add the
honey and simmer for 5 minutes more.
Pour into 4-6 bowls, put into fridge until cold
Serve with a twist of lemon
